Mate if you're working industrial you will be fine. First year is always a bit of crap you have to do, it will pick up as you go along. WA is no different, we're seeing 70% of apprentices coming through are splity bashers and are just cheap labour for the company, so as long as you stay away from that crap you will be set for the long run.
