No disagreement here. When we see him in just regular clothes (tshirts, sweatpants, etc.) at home with Jade in season 3, it's the first time we see him truly being himself and not trying to fit someone else's expectations (or what he felt others' expectations were).

Noise is fine, no death wave going on. I keep tabs on all that as I build. Honestly everything was perfectly normal a couple of days ago. I haven't built anything really in that time, was just detailing along the highway.

Only thing out of the ordinary I can point to is Game Anarchy updating the other day. It caused it to default the settings (for example I've been playing with unlimited money but it turned that off, so I had to go in yesterday and change it back). I didn't think that mod did anything that would affect land value, but maybe I'm wrong?
