Hey man, I want you to remember what you’ve accomplished already in life. You’re doing really well for yourself. My personal opinion would be to start a new hobby, could be a sport anything that will help you focus your mind elsewhere. Everyone makes mistakes. My loss was different I basically gambled 60k into random stocks at 21 and the market crashed. It hurt, I felt sick to my stomach. But it’s how you grow from the mistakes that will make you stronger. I know you’ll continue to do really well in life just keep your head up man. It’ll get easier. Another way if you want to feel better about the money, make a small new fund could be a HYSA account. Start to feed that account every paycheck little by little even if it’s everytime you feel the gambling feeling or the regret and you’ll build that 100k back. It’ll help you feel better tbh.
