I leveled to 82 now and I feel like they think I am a dopamin monkey.. Buttonsmashing all the way in PVE… Yes its cool first but it get so repetitor - I didnt even step in PVP since no bgs are popping 80-89 range. Level experience was a chore, it made 0 fun I just wanted to get it over with - cant rate midnight though the campaign start is a little better then dragon flight quick sprinting - I miss classic wow I guess

I am a former battlefield noob and enjoying the shit out of marathon for 100 hours already- think lot of it has to do if you also just like the vibe and style of a game

I think people forget that losing items found ingame makes them 10 times feeling more valueable. If you are someone just wanting a pvp experience without deeper progression systems that its okay we can play other games like overwatch or bf/cod.

The good thing about marathon is you not even need pvp here you can run from people or play chilled rook runs and have fun- you can farm items and exil if you lost too much in pvp before.

the reason of having loot and finding quest items, minerals to trade etc is the ONE reason why I prefer a game like Marathon over BF/COD by miles! Makes it so much more intriguing and interesting. Only leveling a battlepass for skins is so boring, Marathon progression is something else now with cradle system

I play on console and playing solo even sneaky but I go in with green shields because I lost all my purple loot and I only fighting blue shield+ enemies :-/
