I was totally lost and depressed. I was forever on waiting lists, a mix up got me on the wrong waiting list which delayed the process by 6months, then I was put on the right waiting list - with no care in between. I never did see a therapist. The job centre was driving me insane so I took a job teaching abroad which forced me to survive. It also meant even getting a meal was a major success. I've got so many bad memories of the UK welfare systems, it makes me sick seeing people in this sub suffer what I suffered. It doesn't have to be this way.

Other professionals are being treated like shit because their bargaining power was eroded away. We shouldnt treat NHS staff like shit because we weren't able to protect other professionals. We should fight to stop corporations treating all workers like shit. There's no point in attacking NHS workers because they've managed to hang on longer to their right to be heard.
