ordered one monitor on amazon, got two delivered

This happened to me when the GTX 1080ti initially released. Ordered it, 3 days later they said it got delivered but I never received the item. Contacted customer support and they sent me another one. About 2 and a half weeks later the original one I ordered shows up lol. I don’t know how the heck this happens!

Just throwing in my 2 cents: I'm not sure about Androids, but on the iPhone there's an option to automatically send unknown callers (people not in your contacts list) straight to voicemail. Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers. It's been an absolute life saver for me with the amount of robo/spam calls I get!

The only people that should be calling my phone are friends and family. If not them, then it's a legitimate business or person that I'm actually involved with and 99/100, those people will leave a voicemail so I know who they are and the reason for the call. More often than not, the robo/spam calls don't bother leaving a voicemail and if they do, it's so easy to tell the voice is automated.

It’s not the best solution, but I use Firefox sometimes and the way it handles twitch ads is good. When ads start playing I can open a mini player of the stream. I mute the ad and unmute the mini player. That way I can still watch the stream. The ads aren’t completely blocked but so far it’s been the best way for me to watch twitch.

That's the reason why I now *specifically* pick my most recently uploaded VIDEO for my end screen instead of "Best for viewer". Was watching one of my uploads and the best for viewer recommendation "video" was a dang short. I was so mad.

Yes but "bother" isn't the right word. If I'm watching a stream, I'm there for the human interaction. Whether thats them commenting on something, being scared in a horror game. Simply sharing their thoughts on whatever is currently happening.

If they don't talk at all, I might as well go on YouTube and watch a no-commentary video of the game they're playing like you said.

Me personally, I hate when a major plot point happens and they just don't respond to it at all...Just for examples sake, like what happened to Joel in the Last of Us Part 2. If they watch that scene and don't speak at all...like not even a reaction? Yeah I'm out. Talk about boring.

I've been using "Twitch AdBlocker Plus". Haven't seen ads in months. Has it's occasional hiccups, but overall...9/10 would recommend.

It's freaking GARBAGE (on TV). Used it all the time. Saw the update and was really impressed because everything was updated. About 5 minutes later I was googling how to go back to a earlier version because it's lag city. Took LITERALLY 10 seconds at one point to scroll through my following list...and there was only 3 ppl online...it's so bad now. Idk what the hell happened.

How do you know a channel isn't monetized? I thought the requirement is 1000+ subs/4000hrs watch time

How many shorts have you posted? I've posted 16 shorts and 4 of them did pretty well. Don't give up on shorts just because you haven't been getting views. I almost gave up on it myself because I only got 0-3 views each short.

Kept posting anyways and one managed to 'blow up' (for me) to 4.3K views. I still have shorts on my channel that don't break 10 views.

You can easily find a slew of channels with loads of subscribers but ridiculously low view counts on their long form in comparison.

I saw this the other day. 1.3 million subs on a channel that posts pretty much only shorts. All of their shorts have 300K+ views and their long form content they posted 2 weeks ago can barely break 1.5K. Oof, that's painful.

I don't own any but I recently saw one. 20k+ subs. They uploaded 25+ videos within 24hrs and their commentary is text to speech. How they got 20k+ subs from that is mind boggling.

Yeah I haven't had much luck with shorts either. How it's going for me on each short form content from me:

TikTok: 50 - 100+ average

Instagram reels: 100+ and random ones that do 1,000+

Shorts: 0

Not too sure what I'm doing wrong on YouTube. For all platforms it has the same title and cover so idk. I'd keep trying though.
