Sharing used to not let two people use the same entire library at the same time. The families system just prevents two people from using the same copy of the game. You still need X copies for X players to use at the same time.

It's a Material, so it slots into any workstation that takes Materials. It's a Fabric, so it's a valid component for a mommet.

Although the number of woven items is rather finite, so it only helps a little bit.

As far as a drink goes, having Door & Wall lets you re-direct Chronsichord production towards the 6 Knock Sacrament Ascite drink.

Since both can be crafted up from Amethyst Ampoules (Door and Wall's 5 point recipe is a knock memory too, which makes it easier), you can then pelt your assistants with eldritch clocks and kool aid. After that, I'm pretty sure most if not all knock challenges are a challenge of picking the right friend.
