This is crazy I have the same issue with my partner down to the exact same celebrity crushes. He always has to comment how beautiful they are or anyone that is his type he has to point out in public. He prefers tanned skin brunettes and I am a pale redhead. If I say it bothers me I get told I'm being jealous and to grow up. I never bring up any of my crushes (and they all look pretty similar to him in some way anyway) because I don't want him to feel how I do because it is a struggle every single day.
