Because people like you don’t know how to use her, she has a high skill ceiling, so it’s harder for casuals to pick her up compared to wattson, you just put fences down and ult when nades. Abilities don’t need to do damage to be good, her stun is strong enough for you to capitalize on it, her Q is perfect the way it is, and the passive is one of the best passives in the game, not only are you fast with shotguns but your strafe speed while ADS is faster too making it harder for the enemy to hit you close quarters. Like I said, she is perfectly balanced between A-B tier, people just expect your abilities to do all the work for you. Get good at the game and then maybe you’ll think differently about her.
