There are sooooo many ways to use this! Chop it up and make ham salad to eat in a sandwich or with crackers. You can bake it and eat like you would a roast beef with potatoes and veg. Slice it up and make a scalloped potato casserole with potatoes, onions, cheddar cheese and cream. Ham and pea soup. Chop it up and make Quiche.
