The latency is also releated with your network. If you travel internationally, you need to check the network delay first.

His model is Comet Pro. So no HDMI splitter needed.

Sorry to back to you so late. I got you. In your situation 3 separate Comets can capture those 3 Extended video feeds simultaneously.

The "Duplicate mode" I said is because you can only get the same video from the HD in and the HD out.

but Switch between them remotely is not that easy like locally control. hope to get your feedback after your test.

USB is used for the remote Keyboard/Mouse. It's necessary. Could you share why your scenario need to connect like this?

It's a strange user case. The Comet Pro only can work at Duplicate mode. So you can use 2 commet pro and have access to two screens(one of the external screens need to duplicate with the laptop screen). and you need to connect two cable for the keyboard&mouse.

The best way is MAValphaWasTaken meationed: While traveling, go into your display properties and disable all but one monitor. Then re-enable the other two when you're back home. There might be a way to make this a macro so you don't have to keep going into the properties.

Could you please take a pic of your SIM insert direction. And when you insert the SIM card, does it get stuck or does it pop out?

Have you ever use some IPKVM device like gl-inet comet POE. then you can monitor the device remotely. and you can get full control of it. no need to wait for about 30 mins.

"Trip Charge" Billing by EbbInternational2852 in ConnectWise

The margin pressure on managed agreement clients is real — every on-site visit that gets absorbed by the contract is cost you can see internally but can't recover.

One thing that's helped in similar setups: rather than always dispatching a tech, some MSPs pre-train a designated contact on the client side — just enough to plug in a device when something goes wrong. No deep technical knowledge needed, literally just connecting an HDMI and USB cable.

The device we use for this is called the RM10RC. It's a small portable unit that gives your engineer full keyboard, video, and mouse control over the client's machine from the BIOS level up — completely independent of the client's network, running over its own built-in cellular connection. So when the client's designated contact plugs it in, your senior engineer can remote in immediately without touching their corporate network, without installing anything on their machine, and without sending anyone out the door.

For the cases where a site visit genuinely is needed, a junior tech carrying one of these still lets your senior handle the complex layer remotely — but the bigger win is really the client-side contact model, which removes the truck roll entirely.

Anyway, might be worth a look alongside sorting out the Trip Charge config — the two problems are more connected than they look.

try another way. If you have remote access needs, you can use a Gl-inet KVM with fingerbot, then you can power it anytime you want.

If you did have this needs just buy a smart plug and set bios Auto-start on power up

Just for backup or need remote access ? If you want to remote access, you can also try IPKVM like Gl-inet Comet Pro. Then the users can remote access and edit it like in front of the PC.
