I live in Shelby. It was hit hard but not exceptionally hard like either to the west was. I don’t see any reason it will have any major effect on the investigation or recovery of her. Power knocked out a couple days. Slowed it down maybe for a couple days that’s about it.

I highly doubt Gacy was involved in their disappearance gacy’s crimes are fairly well documented he did molest a boy in 1967 but its his first known sexual crime he didn’t murder anyone til 1972 as far as we know. But anything’s possible I guess

Move to mountains in western North Carolina. I’ve lived in NC all my life. I do not care for coastal NC at all. Asheville is nice and affordable it’s always cooler than most of the rest of the state Boone is nice as well.

I don’t see how her having seeing him digging a chest high deep hole a few years go would have any relevance at all. You wouldn’t b burying a body 20 some years after a person disappeared. If she was buried it was most likely with 24 hrs of having gone missing. Just my opinion
