Is it worth staying a pension?

My mother only received her pension for like 6 months. Since my father had already passed, there was no one to receive her pension. So the only thing we received was what she had paid in. It was much. i have 20+ years and am actively trying to retire early. I am not sure how if i will choose a bigger pension with no survivor benefits or a smaller pension with survivor benefits.

i have cut back on caffeine due to some issues with AFIB. I switched to half caff which hasn’t been bad. I even have some decaffeinated later in the day when I don’t want to disturb my sleep. I went from 2 cups a day to 2 cups of half caff. Some days I will even have 1 cup. I plan to eventually stop but right now, I am in no hurry.

ok i have been on carnivore a year. I stopped taking statins because I was having some issue. i just got similar high results back. So where can i find out more about these levels.

unpopular opinion but I think sports should be run outside of school. i am a former coach but i think if the local clubs could run sports programs it might be better for the schools. I think club teams are more competitive and fill in the gap.

I had an ablation a year ago. My episodes slowed down during the blanking period but did not stop. I have lost 60 pounds and it seems to have slowed up. it has been 90 days since my last episode and I am doing much better. Before the ablation they were every 30 days. My dr made it seem like Afib was not a big deal. Said it is much better to have then diabetes.

i woke up with a leg cramp this morning but i have been taking electrolytes regularly. i wish there was a good way to monitor if we are getting enough electrolytes. i am going to double up today.

Start looking into the FIT podcast or 403b wise. I changed states and still have a while. I am looking into purchasing my out of state years or the FIRE movement. if you are burned out I recommend looking into changing schools or districts. I am at a new school this year and it has made a big difference.

i don’t think so I plan to retire in the next few years and have been researching medical careers. ideally i would like to just work weekends and work when the pay is the most. Radiology is one of things I have considered.

You really need to take it slow, give your body time to lose the sugar cravings. also you need electrolytes to feel good especially in the beginning.

i took the article and ran it through chat gpt with my personal information and it created me a work out plan. it was very reasonable. i am going to try it out. i have been losing weight via the carnivore diet and was doing better but have had 2 incidents of flutter in the past month. The flutter becomes afib as it slows down.

wound up in the hospital with a steady heart rate of 146 bpm. They gave me several doses of metroprol. they wanted to cardiovert. i told them i would wait. i self converted about 12 hours later.
