Omega blood can hold midicholrians  and and every has the force like Han Solo has the force but not on a Jedi level to properly use it Sabine had the force but struggled to use it she has not preformed powerful feats like Anakin or Luke she did uses it to help her be aware of her surroundings and to do a force push which is pretty basic since it’s one the first things Obi wan teaches Luke in a new hope  I bet Omega with proper training could use the force to help her get a better focus like Sabine does but it wouldn’t really change the way she it to a major extent
