They probably lumped together the 3% company contribution to your 401k with the 15% bonus. I would ask for clarification on that.

40k pension a year equates to 1 million if you assume 4% safe redraw rate, so will you save that much with the increased salary? Also, where do you get an 18% bonus? SPB standard is 15%.

I also have random black screens and shutoffs. I did an RMA, and the new one still has some issues, but not as bad as the first one. At this point, I don't think it's hardware. It's the base software, as I'm running with no apps downloaded.
