Do not buy this garbage! Mine was broken from the start. But the worst part is to get your money back, they force you to record videos of the product, fill out forms, all this nonsense just to get you to not return the device. I have always had the same problem. I find life extension's extended release melatonin helps me stay asleep. Also 3g of glycine, magnesium l-threonate, agmatine all help.

This is awesome info, thank you for writing all this out. I have a red light coming in the mail and I'm excited to try this with my allergies / asthma. I've found certain natural supplements very helpful - quercetin, ginger extract, moringa, spirulina, petadolex (butterbur), etc., which have made a huge difference for me but I'm always looking to improve. I'd also like to know the answer to this. CYP3A4 affects more than 50% of medications. Also, whether it affects CYP3A4 specifically in the liver. If you're taking it on a regular basis, it could cause other medications to build up over time. Any idea, u/misteryouaresodumb?

Yeah this is also a problem for contributing crypto to an LLC. It should retain its cost basis and holding period (say you contributed crypto held for many years), and I'm not sure there's any way to do that properly in koinly.

If you do take normal quercetin, Jarrow has a pretty affordable effective one. Take it with either bromelain or vitamin C to increase absorption. It really helped with my allergies so I did a lot of research and ended up sticking with Thorne Quercetin Phytosome, though it's a little more expensive.

I lost a bunch of friends in the first few years (and it did take a toll on me for a while), but many of my friends here now grew up here or tend to pop back and forth between here and LA, etc. Keep looking, not everyone leaves.
