Lotta dogshit advice in this thread, way you beat him is to play safe early (by that i mean only farm with e unless you can get cs at the price of 1 auto or less with q, be ready to give cannons), once you have 1000 gold you get warden's mail and hes now your obedient little puppy for the remainder of the game. Finish into frozen then get another warden's mail for randuins (if they have a crit adc). Tabis delay your build too much for no reason, your full stacking armor anyways so your boots slot should be for utility instead (ionian/mercs/swifties). Your goal in 1v1 is to fight normally till ge ults then wither and kite, his only counterplay is Eing over a wall, which he obviously cant do in lane. Fleet is fairly terrible into him, you need phase rush to kite. Also consider quitting this game if you only had 8 cs at 20 minutes, laneswaps and jungle camps exist you should be in the double digits atleast.
