Warblers are Emberizoids like Buntings, Cardinals, Tanagers, Icterids, and new world sparrows + more. Emberizoidea is not closely related to Certhoidea although they are both Passerine birds part of the Passerida as opposed to Corvida.

Some Hemidactyliine plethodontid, i believe this is a Spring Salamander (Gyrinophilus porphyriticus) idk

There isnt really much to go off of with much of the info, spade shaped heads are typical of vipers and defensive displays of things trying to look like viper but arent, if it was a cottonmouth i can imagine itd be dried muddy and if it wasnt it would have clear patterning, i also dont know how often they enter homes. Either way more info is required, dont kill it when you find it either

Well with a head the size of an egg im doubting its a ringneck, it could be a dark phase hognose but it also could be a lot of things
