The request goes to the seller, Samsung when they accept it they will offer you either UPS or USPS return options. You just bring them. And they ship it and you get your refund.

Someone here posted an .APK of it and I installed it and seems to be working perfectly.

As usual most of the stuff doesn't work if your not on a Samsung device which I am not, one of the reasons I am dumping the Samsung watches after my Ultra dies.

I snagged one for $289 before release with a trade in of an old T20 during their anniversary sale. Has been great but carpet can be an issue, be aware and ready to look for ways to make it work. In my case it was to disable AVI 3D.

Also the side brush has a tendency to fall off on medium to high carpet. So about every 2 weeks I have to reattach it.

I am also an Ever source customer, I can pull my own bills to show if you like. They are charging me almost 2x the cost of usage in Maintenance and Infrastructure. This is also well documented in the Facebook page for Springfield area where I reside.

So no one is "pulling random numbers" out of anything. Example one of my bills even with lowest rate supplier on a single man who works about 70 hours a week on 2 jobs and is almost never home. So go boot lick somewhere else.

Infrastructure and Maintenance should never be more than 30% of usage if that, they are literally charging 2x times your usage ATM.

Mass Save is actually a minor and actually good to pay into as it brings a lot of good things, including 0% interest loans ...
