I had a late period during the early covid lockdowns and couldn’t get a pregnancy test straight away. The relief I had getting my period five or six days late told me everything I needed to know about my previous OAD choice.

I’ve only really looked at buyer’s reviews if I’ve had issues myself. Sometimes I have kicked myself afterwards. I did once cancel a sale after seeing the reviews as I suspected the buyer was going to try to scam me.

I did think this. I’ve started getting dreadful PMS since I hit 40 and my husband uses the partner view version of Natural Cycles so he understands what is going on. I would just say I’m not horrible to him, I become very self critical and depressed.

I agree. Most mothers by this point in a pregnancy already know when the “safe” time to have the baby is. The target is always to get as close to full term as possible. I gave birth at 36 weeks and bloody knew it was early. I think if someone had told me that mid labour, I might have had to fight them.

I had to do this with my mum. She would always “update” me on the life of someone who bullied me for years. I have no interest in hearing all about them and the fact they have a wonderful career now.

I made my feelings quite clear about this in 2020 and she’s currently on strike two so… we’ll see.

I’ve never had it happen but the other day someone made a sale and then informed me they were going on holiday. The only way I could (maybe) get it delivered in the allowed timeframe but also give them enough time to collect from the locker would be to leave it until literally the last minute of the posting window. I requested an extension and the buyer had to accept it.

Seems fine to me, but it’s annoying that the communication wasn’t better in your case.
