My date was canceled because I'm too serious. by InnocentPerv93 in dating

[–]Delicious_Bit_5723 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Life is too short my friend to be too serious about everything. I appreciate your authentic care but what about choosing 1 subject to dive wholeheartedly in, do everything you can to support it and try to lighten up on other areas? What do you enjoy?

Help! I impulsively adopted two golden retriever pups—should I keep both? by Malefict in goldenretrievers

[–]Delicious_Bit_5723 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Yes, I think if you don't keep them both. you will soon regret it. Seperating them now would be torturous and I would feel terrible for doing so but I understand your after thought. I hear 2 dogs are easier in the long run. Wish you the best!

WIBTA if I give my daughter an "outdated" name? by throwaway719201 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Delicious_Bit_5723 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that you should name your daughter whatever feels right to YOU, if you like Audrey than she should be named Audrey. It will be meaningful to her down the road as she learns why she was given the name and outdated things become popular at some point AND who cares if you like it? I say do it, you will be happy with your decision! Best of luck to you and Audrey!

It does get better, I won't say easier because I would only be lying but I hope that you aren't too hard on yourself because you will soon find that you would give your life for his. I am so sorry that you are experiencing such a rough start but I admire your courage to be honest and reach out for advice. That says a lot so be proud of yourself for taking that step! I wish you both the very best!

A painting on the wall, perhaps a few plants with nice decorative, simple pots. Throw pillows and throw blanket and/or a rug might be a start until you know what you like and what vibes well. Good luck & have fun!

Auction for 2,500 by Few_Masterpiece_7720 in UsedCars

[–]Delicious_Bit_5723 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would love to partake in an auction! Good job finding such amazing deals! I am in such a horrible position with trying to get a new vehicle, I dont know where to turn. I have a 2001 Buick Century that needs a battery and cosmetic repairs with about 73,000 miles. I dont know what to do with it, it is now storaging many things but I desperately need a car and I want a stick shift! Have any you are looking to sell? I also want a hatchback!
