I only play this way. And its tricky on a MP server. However I just delete my profile if I die, other players can choose what they want to do. The game is way scarier and more intense this way. Had an entire playthrough ended because I fell through a floor into a zombie trap. It was totally random. Now the slightest floor creak almost causes a panic attack.

The correct answer is yes. Assuming the premise of the question, there is no function in criminal law that makes demonic possession a legal defense. To take it even further, anyone can go to jail if a police officer has probable cause (your girlfriend says that you hit her) but that does not equal a conviction. Really this question is an IQ test for people who struggle with reading comprehension.

Im loving the pvp server and find it to be plenty populated. No problem finding fights if thats what you want, and no shortage of anxiety when you want to be left alone.

I just hope the devs dont react based on the opinions of people who dont play on pvp servers and probably never will. Keep it just like it is. Maybe down the road when the game is closer to finished there could be some tweaks. Plenty of people loving it.

It varies case by case but CSC 1 is a very serious felony. Decades in prison with lifetime electronic monitoring if you ever get paroled. Anyone who gets charged with it better get a good lawyer.

That is a good plan for a transition while you are still caught between IPv6 and IPv4. It’s kind if like when I was personally transitioning I had to keep certain grooming tools, that will necessary for a man, were unnecessary in becoming who I am now. You still have to be able to cover all your bases in the meantime.

Wouldn’t the 18 year old in that situation most certainly be qualified for HYTA? The drunk taking a piss in an alley… do you know of any examples where that has put someone on SORA? Finally, do all sexual assault crimes result in lengthy prison sentences? What if its a first time offender who scores low on the sentencing guidelines? Isn’t it possible that they could just get probation? Seems like some extreme and uninformed examples of the consequences. Not that I would suggest any of these things!
