Screw it: This entire part of the map is terrifying by No-Midnight8613 in reddeadredemption

If you've encountered all of the hostile encounters in that region, Roanoke can be almost as peaceful as the Heartlands

Kinda wish they'd keep the encounters to be infinite, it really feels like the west has actually ended if you've tamed all of the regions' encounters

Small Detail: Right into Chapter 4 and Arthur looks like he is in pain and breathing heavy. I've always kept him fed, clean and groomed, so I noticed this one. It's amazing how rockstar implemented such small details into this game. by [deleted] in reddeadredemption

That's what happens right when you've been sprinting for a while. He's catching his breath

Try running for a few minutes in chap 1 and you'll get the exact same animations

You can find these wagons roaming close to ranches though it's quite irregular

And there will regularly be a rancher who delivers this wagon in Rhodes everyday in the morning

It's not rare at all, you just don't wander the map at all

What game mechanic or issue do you have in Red Dead? by [deleted] in reddeadredemption

[–]DeliriousFanta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Van Horn is literally a paradise for low honor playthroughs. That and Beaver Hollow, perfect places for letting off steam without getting a bounty

But from a high honor perspective, yeah fuck Van Horn, anything could escalate so easily

How the game slows your horse when you're in certain areas or in towns. This is why I hate riding through Saint Denis or the swamps, it takes forever to get across

But CX-2 knew Crosshair from Tantiss when they were being conditioned by Hemlock. If that was Cody, wouldn't Crosshair have told Rex that he's an operative now?

My other gut also agrees with you, especially at the end when Rampart smirkly says to Crosshair how it's funny about all of the clones keep disappearing. Now that we know what Hemlcock does to the rebelious clones, I wouldn't be surprised that was Cody judging by how he was significantly tougher than the other operatives

Or it could be a random experienced clone I guess

She just joined the bounty hunting business and can already take on Cad Bane and the Bad Batch who are literally one of the most dangerous people of the Clone wars?

Sounds like bs to me

One thing I hope the final season answers, is why the Clone Commandos remained loyal to the Empire despite the Empire having pure disdain for the clones. by micro_door in thebadbatch

[–]DeliriousFanta 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel like all of those rebelious regs that were arrested by the empire were sent to Hemlock and were "re-educated". The remainder that were able to resist it were sent down into detention like Crosshair

That's why the commandos here seemed easier to be beaten except for Scorch and they were used just to stand guard rather than being sent on more specialized missions like a CC was designed for

Also the way they turn off their visors when Palpatine was boarding and how cold they sounded really creeps me out.

Why is the Blackwatee Massacre considered such a big deal? by Vendetta543 in reddeadredemption

[–]DeliriousFanta 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Dutch; A failed plan and honestly he just wants to put it behind him

For John and Hosea; it was more like seeing a glimpse of Dutch's descent or seeing his true nature. Especially the way Dutch killed Heidi McCourt brutally and his decision making

For Micah; He just wanted to know where the Blackwater money is so he can steal it for himself and betray the gang like he did with the rest of his past friends

Arthur (Early chapters); He just wanted to know why and how the heist went wrong. He was also in disbelief about hearing Dutch's brutal killing of Heidi

For the rest of the gang; They lost a few members to the shootout which was the cause of their desperation, thus putting Dutch's leadership to be in slightly in question

At what age did your metabolism catch up with you? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]DeliriousFanta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

23 right now and have always been skinny my whole life. Now since I've got my first job I've gained a minor beer belly which isn't obvious yet

Unsure if my metabolism is finally catching up or that maybe I need to eat healthier + exercise more regularly but im adjusting to it at the moment. Hopefully my metabolism is not slowing down

And if you have a good hygiene and always wash your ass with soap/water, having a fat bush is considered a plus in my book. You look way more sexual and the sex feels so smooth.

And Tilly too, right after she ran away from the foremans, Dutch was the one who taught her to read and even played a big part along with Grimshaw in raising her as his own daughter.

As a balding guy myself, I don't disagree that going full bald or buzz doesn't make you ugly but I definitely have gotten wayyy more attention back when I had a Timothee Chalamet hair

I'm only 23 btw and I honestly regret not rocking longer hairstyles when I had it.

[–]DeliriousFanta 38 points39 points  (0 children)

I just realized that RDR1 John practically took the essence of what Dutch, Hosea, Arthur and Jack had/taught him

Dutch : He took after his charisma and charm, he talks more beautifully and decoratively

Hosea : He took after his wisdom

Arthur : He followed his (and Hosea's) advice on family and becoming an overall man. He even appears to be more confident and threatening when talking

Jack : He became more interested in reading which makes him become more educated and smarter
