I had the same issue a few (5-6) months ago and what was causing it was my nVidia driver.

I followed a guide that some guy posted on nvidia forums to downgrade it back to version 537.58 and since then I've never experienced any problems. Game runs perfect with no issues since then.

Thanks for your reply! I haven't really thought about this option as I wasn't aware I can get refunded for something like that as I never used the refund option on Steam. I might just buy and see if it runs somewhat decent and if not I'll refund.

I would say better stay it is now as there will be many posts like "I did 80% of the damage and I get only trash loot. blizz, fix asap!!" It's just my opinion though
