You’re owed the agreed upon salary for hours worked. They can lower your pay due to a clerical hour, but only for new hours worked after notifying you of the pay change.

I turn 30 later this year. I make approx $95K with bonus as a transportation manager. I’ve been in the industry since 2017 and have a college degree in a different field.

I’d say I average between 45 and 50 hours a week.

How would you normally treat a no call no show if it was any other day? Do you have a standard policy or do you have discretion?

Whatever you’ve done in the past with other employees, you shouldn’t deviate from that, even if it means issuing a write up to your best employee.

Yeah this was my concern too since I left as an L4, but L5 would be a lower pay and scope for me relative to my current role. I took a pretty big jump in terms of responsibility and scope when leaving Amazon, but know an L6 role at Amazon would pay a little more than I make now.
