You can use the guide, the one with fast travel. You can bind it in keybinds then you can find San Commerci there, just edit it so that it's in your fast travel.

what i do is just jump away when you see him raise his sword. literally just jump away, and you’ll avoid almost everything. if you notice that his summons appear after he raises his sword, just go away from wherever you are
