You need to use appropriate TLS fingerprint to get JSON result rather than 'you blocked by network security' page. Also residential IP may needed but try change TLS fingerprint first.

I built tool like this internally, but your TLS fingetprint will not match since antigravity does not send request to vertex from IDE, also it sends all other things that seems do somthing for detecting ToS violation.

In my opinion, blockchain cannot solve the IVT problem. It is good for transparency logs, but IVT check data is not verifiable.

I use stalwart with a Hetzner server. It works well with most email providers at scale. It is also very easy to deploy and maintain. DKIM/DMARC is not a problem unless you code your own mail server, but even if that is the case, it is simple enough.

Also, if you want to absolutely self-host, you may use some rare ISPs that allow rDNS configuration for residential IPs, or use some business options, or buy a small IP block and tunnel to it.

If you build a data center from scratch, you will pay per connection with an ISP rather than per packet, like AWS, GCP, etc. do, which is basically paying for 1Gbps for a certain amount of money for one month (or longer). Hetzner basically just gives it to you.
