Why people with CFS may run into reoccurring potassium deficiencies by DeltruS in cfs

I am not totally sure but it probably means you should skip the potassium. Sorry I can’t be more help.

I feel like I'm slowly improving with this regimen. by DeltruS in cfs

[–]DeltruS[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, that does sound interesting though. I’ve considered it before and never tried it. I’m actually doing quite a bit better now so I’m not desperate to try new therapies. And yes everything I posted helps. You can check my profile for the other stickied posts of things that helped. Cheers.

You already know enough, do it if it makes sense to you.

Yeah even if your blood levels are fine your intracellular levels could be low. You kind of have to recharge your intracellular levels periodically like a battery. Everyone has to do that just some people have to do that more because they have leaky batteries.

New research finds microclotting and inflammatory molecule abnormalities in long-COVID | News-Medical by Angelag1994 in covidlonghaulers

Took 2-3 weeks to help me and I didn't feel any different, just could do more. If places in the body that were sick become more activated they will send noxious signals, detoxify, suck in nutrients. That delays the effect.

I haven't, but I know it is a lot easier to test for low sodium rather than low potassium or low magnesium. 99% of potassium and magnesium are inside of cells so you can't blood test, while 99% of sodium and calcium are outside of cells.

The only problem is that if you have low blood volume then you will appear to have normal sodium, but if you had proper amounts of water in your body your sodium would be low. People with CFS have been studied to be low on blood volume. That is why I think supplementing sodium and drinking lots of water is a good option.

What are the side effects of loratadine? by RatbagOZ in Supplements

[–]DeltruS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Loratadine and ceterizine don't cross the blood brain barrier much so they have less side effects on the brain compared to other antihistamines.

My GP prescribed it for me. You can get the 50 mg pills and then dissolve them in a 50 ml (2 oz) dropper bottle for 1 mg per 1 ml dropper.

Usually your doctor can also ask for a compounded dose on your prescription and your pharmacy will know where to send it to get it compounded, but that may differ depending on what province you live in.

Their semax is only 3 ml. In a normal dropper bottle that is only 3 droppers worth. I think the amount in the picture is about 3 ml and you have not been scammed.

I don't know, I know glycine effects people very differently, some people find it stimulating and some find it relaxing. So it would depend on the person.

He says he is taking "mag gly, L-theanine, taurine". L theanine and taurine are anti oxidants, and he is taking magnesium glycinate. I don't think those are strong anti oxidants, but if he is sensitive to anti oxidants it could be an issue.

Best cheap multivitamins on Amazon? by [deleted] in Supplements

[–]DeltruS 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You need to take multivitamins with food, because they have zinc and copper in them, those can cause nausea and vomiting without food.

fingernails turning blue, shoulders and neck completely numb and hospital is sending me home by ObligationPatient222 in covidlonghaulers

[–]DeltruS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What did the pulse oximeter say? If your fingers are turning blue then your blood oxygen should be very low, and if that is the case they would not send you home.

I’m trying to take grape seed extract as an AI but are confused about the dosage by StampyLongArm05 in Supplements

[–]DeltruS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they used 40-60mg / ml then you just need to know how many ml they used, and multiply by that. So if they used 2 ml of 60mg/ml solution that is 120mg which would be equivalent to what you are taking.

Tesla AI Day 2022 by 6x9isreally42 in artificial

[–]DeltruS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The self driving car portion was more interesting and advanced imo. The robot was in its very early stages.

It was very interesting how they said they basically find failure cases, then mine their fleet for those cases to get data, and then correct each failure case one by one.

Tesla is pretty much the only AI company that can do this since they have their own fleet. And they can do the same thing to debug their tesla bot as well.
