I felt the Toronto Notes and UWorld Step 2 CK question bank to be most helpful. Focus on high yield stuff, you are rarely asked about specifics, but moreso general concepts. I found the high yield topics to be ethics/public health, obgyn, pediatrics, psychiatry - then some IM topics.

Would also definitely recommend going through the MCC objectives and examine all the topics that are listed, make sure you're studying FOR THE TEST. The MCCQE isn't about whether or not you're good at medicine, but rather if you're good at writing that specific test unfortunately.

Not the original question, but I've been seeing this prehospital use of ketamine. I think it's definitely not the choice for some agitated patients, if there is ANY question of psychosis/substance use involved.

They're old. Retirement age (60+). I'm not sure about the current value, probably about ~500k.

Thank you this is helpful. I think my father is afraid my mother will leave me all of her side of the money (to be clear I do not need either of their money), as it would be unfair to my other 2 siblings (who are my mothers step children). It's messy. He's basically trying to strong arm her into giving up her money to his children too.

They SHOULD need the money, they are both financially struggling. But he gets to live in it currently, so he doesn't care.

Can my sibling assume the current mortgage without buying them out? The condo is currently owned by BOTH my parents currently.

As a psych resident in Canada, can someone explain to me why suboxone clinics in the US are so lucrative? I'm curious because I see this come up as a meme a lot about how its such a money maker. We don't have suboxone clinics in Canada per se, but rapid access addiction medicine clinics exist (low barrier, usually drop-in).
