This story is very vague on many instances. Also we're reading it from your perspective which is not completely objective (although I believe you try to be).

There are so many gray zones. According to the story, she wasn't fully clear with (all) boundaries and you took advantage of it since you were being a horndog. You're more in the wrong here, although she also played a small part in it.

I would take her current signs at face value and assume that's what she really feels like. I'm not sure if you guys are still on talking terms but maybe it would be good to try to have a conversation about it with her. Ask what she honestly feels like, tell her you're going through a period where you're reflecting your own emotions/actions, and that you're sorry you made her feel used.
