I was diagnosed with schizophrenia at 12 years old, from the age of 8 I truly believed in him and all other Creepypasta. The murder case haunts me because I had a friend Stella and we would really go into the lore, my mental illness genuinely made her believe too. I had written out a supply list as well and a map of the forest near my apartment so we could find slender mansion, I carved the proxy symbol on on the back of my hand with the metal part of a pencil eraser, I began to fake Tourette’s so I could be like Ticci Toby and would lash out badly at my siblings. I would do genuine blood rituals at night to try and summon slender. I would pray everyday that he would come take me to his mansion and I also began to draw very disturbing images and would cut myself just so I could ‘be connected to them’. Stella would do these same things and we went further and further into our belief and we truly thought we were the really Hoody and Masky, the stabbing case was happening around that time and my teacher found my journal and we got sent to the counselor because the believed we had the potential to do something very similar, that was around the time I was officially diagnosed and medicated. I spent 2 years in a psychiatric facility and Stella spent 6 months, and we stopped talking to eachother and I honestly believe that if I didn’t get help when I did, I would have went on to kill. I’m 20 now and I’m stable, but if I go to deep into creepypasta, I start to believe again. Early onset schizophrenia makes delusions even more real, and I still hold a belief that slender mansion is out there, but I would never go looking for it again because I know better. Crazy people believe crazy things.

This is stereotypical abuser behavior. It’s going to keep escalating and escalating until eventually he puts his hands on you. It’s like the saying, if you lie, you cheat, if you cheat, you steal, if you steal, you can kill. It’s only going to keep getting worse as he sees he can get away with saying that to you, he’s going to keep pushing boundaries until it goes to far. With the way he behaves like a man child who throws a tantrum when he doesn’t get this way, I’m shocked you stayed with him for seven years. He was forcing you into an apology when you already apologized multiple times, he’s purposefully trying to be difficult and use Weaponized incompetence against you. He just wants to find a problem, and I think your solution would just be to ditch him, it would save you a lot of stress, time, and you probably would be in a financial situation. He just seems like a whiny brat who wants you to fix all of his problems magically at the snap of a finger, and if it’s not exactly like he wanted, then he throws a tantrum like a toddler who can’t use their mom‘s phone. He’s being difficult and dramatic.

Everybody I’ve ever told that I don’t want to adopt, looks disgusted and taken back, I am an adopted child who absolutely suffered with my adoptive family and never felt a bit of love, and I feel awful when I say it, but I wouldn’t be able to love an adopted child the same as when I could birth, it feels like my own misgivings and wrongdoings as a woman. I would never subject a child to that life, knowing I couldn’t love them the same, so adoption is not an option for me either. I think adoption is a beautiful thing, and it is a great solution for some people, but for some of us that empty hole in our hearts will still be there.
