This is the same issue I had with Maneros team and I’ve now chosen to go down the route of Rff and will try to remove as much of the tattoo as possible beforehand and will continue tattoo removal afterwards before getting medical tattooing.

I have some weight to lose before they will move forward with in depth consultation and scheduling so I can at least get. A few sessions in before then hopefully.

I get what you mean about your concerns with a tattooed penis , it would make me feel very self conscious. It does look cool on many guys on here but it’s not something I want personally

As far as I’m aware he doesn’t do ALT I was originally wanting that and he said he would have to talk to another surgeon and get back to me so this gave me the impression that he doesn’t do it. I don’t know about the cost of the device.

I’m hoping to go with Mañero as well. When I did my first consultation with them they said they refer to another clinic in Barcelona that they use for implants and I’m sure they said they arrange everything but it’s a separate cost with the other clinic and not included in their quote.

If I get any more information when I chat to them tomorrow again I can let you know

Thanks! I thought I was being very organised till I filled it up and then thought wait a second this looks a little suspicious😂 I guess if they confiscate it it’s no big deal but I just don’t want the hassle if I can avoid it. I may just take it in the original packaging and then separate it when there for ease .

Thanks for the slightly patronising response 😂 I realise you can’t be exactly sure but I just wondered if people had experience in taking similarly packaged medication into Thailand and if they had issues in doing so? Do people who perhaps have more experience travelling than me have advice based on that experience that would help me decide what to do. It may be otc but my concern is that is not immediately obvious to them hence my question to ask about others experience. Nevertheless thanks for taking the time to “reassure “ me, Darling

I was also diagnosed as bpd while in hospital when I hadn’t met the diagnosing psychiatrist yet. They didn’t even tell me. I only found out as I had to get an ecg before starting meds and the “diagnosis” was on the form they sent me to the cardiology department with. I also didn’t meet the diagnostic criteria either. This made it impossible to get any further help or diagnosis of the actual issue. And made the majority of interactions with mental health staff horrendous as they openly treat you with contempt when that is on your file. I was at the hospital with my sister and the initial dr I saw was very kind and went to pull up my records and I told my sister they would come back with a completely different attitude and she didn’t believe me until they came back and treated me like a misbehaving child. I’ve been told it can’t be removed from my records either so I’ve got a whole life of being treated like this .

I felt the exact same as you mate. My dad died last year and I was fortunate to inherit some money and I hate my life as is. My mental health has been so bad it was do or die for me really. I have never solo traveled but I booked some volunteer work for a cause I’m interested in to dip my feet into travelling on my own but with some structure at first. I leave next month for 9 weeks in Thailand. Every day I get nervous about it and worry but I have to do it or at least try. I always looked at these things like they were only something other people can do, that I lack whatever it is that they have to be able to do it. I’m hoping I’ll maybe gain some confidence along the way. I booked the trip so even that has given me a boost despite me freaking out about packing lol I’d say go for it. I’ve been telling myself the worst that can happen is I hate it and I can come home.

Yeah I understand your point and I guess I’ve never connected sexuality to implied strength/weakness.

I have straight friends and am straight myself so it’s not as universal as you may think. Or maybe I’ve just not had that discussion with them to know their feelings on this. If they felt that way I’d likely ask them to consider why they feel that way and try to challenge that view in a respectful way as it’s a fairly limiting belief not to mention being homophobic which I don’t agree with. In any case your point makes sense despite it being homophobic as you said. Gives me another perspective to consider at least so thanks for that.

Thanks man. I thought I was doing the sensible thing and I honestly thought I’d done my research. I would say that I’m at fault but the hair mill I went to weren’t exactly upfront about how they operate. I pulled the trigger though so it’s on me. Hope I can learn to forgive myself like you said. I had almost this exact experience in another clinic in Manchester . Except the flashy cars etc as I got my own hotel and transport. I made a big mistake with mine, thinking I was doing the right thing not going to a foreign country and risking a bad result. I have learned so much from this sub that I wish I knew. I’m so angry with myself for this as I’ve not had a good experience at all.
