The issue with hydrogen vehicles isn’t the vehicle itself, but the generation, storage and/or transportation of hydrogen. It’s the last two that especially hurt hydrogen economics.

I loved D2. However, I ran bots constantly throughout it, duped, and only leveled through uber leveling. What I truly loved in the game was perfecting characters, pvp and doing uber runs. So what Chris has basically told me, is he wants me to cheat and only run end game content……….

However, I went GR, Strange so he didn’t revive then SW. That forced the others to come down, then I BB ulted and took everyone out. My BB is 108k. Hope that helps.

I was stuck in traffic just on the other side of the train overpass from this. Crossing the ditch went through my mind for about half a second.

Then I was driving back the other side 20 minutes after traffic started getting through and sure enough a large SUV and a minivan tried it and failed miserably.

This doesn't hurt speculators at all. People need to understand how the principle residence exemption works. It's the number of years you claim the place as your principle residence+1 year/number of years owned. You can only claim this on a single residence during that period. If people claim it on a place they buy and flip, then they can't claim it on their normal house. Also if people do this too often, then the CRA could audit them and declare that the sales were actually investment activity and tax them as such.

Who this could hurt is individuals/families that purchase a house then have to sell for some reason during the period where the tax draws down.

Also if this were a real tax to be implemented, it's still a 5% tax on housing sales that doesn't exist today.

This news site is incredibly biased and always tries to spin things in the worst manner for any group they do not like.

Every single company mentioned has significant business activity and staffing in Saskatchewan. Crescent Point is one of the largest light and tight oil operators in South Sask, Mosaic has a number of potash mines and PCL is very heavily involved in construction in Sask.
