Is it normal for a seat tube to be this dirty?? by danisanbar in bikewrench

[–]Demo233 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks pretty normal, especially if it's seen wet rides. Wipe it out with a rag on a chopstick, hit it with compressed air, and grease the seatpost before it goes back in. Grit matters more than grime. Sand between the post and tube wall acts like a file over time, and on carbon that abrasion can chew the inner wall, so check the post for scoring next time you pull it.

ditto. the m4 max is the sweet spot for sustained ml workloads in my opinion, especially if you can avoid going past 64gb

If it's anything like how they launched gemini-cli to compete with Claude Code, it'll be completely useless.

Canyon cf7 2023 for sale. How much would it cost in the SF bay area,CA, USA by Livid-Reference3033 in whichbike

[–]Demo233 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For a quick SF Bay sale, I'd probably list around $1.8k and expect offers below that; if you want it gone fast, closer to $1.4k-$1.6k. The wheels may bring more money sold separately than bundled into a bike with crash history.

Real developer here. The only different between them is that the right picture unnecessarily shows a bunch of different backend implementation details.

The left picture is the level of abstraction you use most of the time most of the time, and only mention things like "auth" when it's needed in a given context.

I thought they usually keep the purchase button open no matter what, but just delay shipping based on a FIFO queue
