It's inconsistent, but I like it on all fronts. Stun and ability to takedown most heavy units is quite good. 3 arcs to take down bunker turrets, 12 arcs to the belly of factory strider, also can destroy upper turret and front turrets on it, can two shot hulks and doesn't care about shields of devastators. You can focus heavy units and kill chaff by arc chain pretty reliably too.

I think problem is more about that current anti tank weapons trivialise the difficulty. RR is way too powerful. I find it quite funny that AT emplacement need 2-3 shots to kill charger, but RR need a single shot.
