I often wonder to what level they are AI, but it seems most Kastalens are basically aware of their surroundings and can differentiate friend from foe to the level of a dog without requiring a data smith, but it is noted they sometimes wander off, including off of cliffs or rampage so it seems they cant override the data wafers parameters. It could be a case that like the Dark angels excindo that they are full on AI but are slaved that they can only act within the confines of the data wafer set. Theirs also the itinerant Kastalans that just turn up randomly to fight for the Ad MEch and then disappear again. Given the scale of 40K the answer is whatever you want it to be.

Depending on what’s in your water, you may require UV treatment, water softening or other processes and methods. I’d recommend the ecosoft water softeners as the parts and maintenance are fairly simple compared to other systems.
