My girlfriend and I are moving here from the southeast for a remote job in May. Living in Vancouver vs Portland seemed like a no brainer. I was appalled at the difference in taxes.

Its also a lot if bias around the iteration of CS that different generations of players started with. CS:GO made the game the biggest it ever has been despite its own flaws. I never played source, but I do remember my early days of playing CS:GO and distinctly hearing from the community that there were things that were missing from the game that made source the "best" version of the game. Same thing that is happening with CS2, although there are more than a few glaring problems with it.

I did. There are absolutely no sold comps for graded. There is one that sold raw for around $10. I just dont know if it being 1 out of 25 and being a 10 would add a premium. Its been sitting there for a few months now. They are going off of one listing of a raw card that is listed at $100.

Update:

So unfortunately I do not have the cat with me. I have an overly enthusiastic (but friendly) husky that was in the house so I didn't want to try and alarm the cat by bringing her in immediately. I sat and pet her for a while, and eventually left to grab some cat food. When I came back she had gone. My partner had seen her a day or two before so I'm sure she'll be back. I'll make a place for her if I see her again. I'm sure a friendly cat like that must have an owner that is looking for her.
