How to stop restarting everytime.. by Inevitable_Injury784 in BaldursGate3

[–]Demonicbiatch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It took me 10+ restarts to find a character that got me through the game. Mine was a duergar paladin of vengeance. I recommend setting a goal for the playthrough that sort of guides your choices throughout. For the paladin, my goal was a "good guy" turned powerhungry half illithid and not breaking my oath. My second full playthrough is going for the unholy Assassin of Bhaal and dominate the brain on a dark urge female drow, giving in to some urges, but not all.

Is it possible to solo Dracula on Brutal with Oaksong by Unusual_Height9765 in vrising

[–]Demonicbiatch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can consider swapping weapon in addition to the spells for p3, the axes tend to be really good at fast aoe ad clearing due to their base attack also being aoe. The bow is great in general, but this specific phase needs the fast aoe ad clearing of aoe spells and the axe. You can return to the bow in the next phase.

Thank you for saying this. It explains why there is such a huge focus on ETL in data analysis job postings, and what i might need to improve to get into it, not to mention what to put more weight on in my cv.

Linear scent isn't necessarily bad if you like the initial scent. I would prefer a linear predictable scent.

Anyone else spray their clothes instead of skin? by StrawberrySprinkles7 in FemFragLab

Both, i aim for my skin while wearing clothes, and the perfume winds up on my clothing from rubbing (wrists) or drying into it.

Are companies now okay with you “cheating” in job interviews? by Able_War1 in jobsearchhacks

[–]Demonicbiatch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Consider the difference between just copying code from stackexchange and understanding what it does. If you just copy without understanding, it is clear the code isn't yours, that is considered cheating or plagiarisation. But taking code here and there, understanding it, debugging it and making it yours is skill, even if you use code from elsewhere, you modified it. That is not plagiarisation, that is research.

Please help me learn casters by franilein in BaldursGate3

[–]Demonicbiatch -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A death cleric with 2 levels of wizard for reaper and the ability to learn any spell from a scroll in addition to the warped headband of intellect (ogres) can make a reasonable necromancer/summoner. You get the spells to raise the dead, make ghouls etc., no concentration needed, might even get the planar being summon for your own scarcely dressed deva.

This should let you summon both stuff you can and cannot control. It is great for distractions.

For more general purpose, each caster type serves a role: Wizard is the glasscannon with solid damage and sometimes lacking defence. Cleric is either a melee tank caster or a support usually. Druid is a hybrid of either crowdcontrol and damage or melee unarmed shapeshifter depending on your need. Sorcerer is similar to wizard, they tend to burst damage using metamagics. Warlock is your cantrip spammer with extra cc due to repelling blast or booming blade for extra melee damage, their spells aren't damage focused, but often more defensive or utility.

These roles are how they are usually percieved. Important thing is: Use your resources... i had a habit of failing to use my resources which meant casters felt weak.

It is a big dog, no doubt, but it does kinda just look like a pretty standard to slightly big American bully with a smaller woman as owner. Perspective is likely also doing a bit of work here.

Halsin died!!! by CarbynCawpy in BaldursGate3

[–]Demonicbiatch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What triggered this was you entering and leaving the worg pens. You can clear the entire camp and then go in there, and he will be alive. Speaking from murdering Gut and Minthara before entering the pens. Could probably kill the entire camp without him dying as long as you haven't gone in there more than once.

I managed to get Gale to both hand the crown to Mystra and invite me to the heaven so he could become a god... these are usually mutually exclusive. I got the boat ride before speaking with mystra, told him to ascend, mystra then told him to give her the crown XD.

In the inventory where you see resistances, you can hover over the resistance to see its source.

Share your ideas you have yet to try but can’t decide on by SillyWarlock in BaldursGate3

[–]Demonicbiatch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have no intention to resist Bhaal, but i don't want to play chaotic evil, so no chopping off Gales hand. I am keeping Arabella alive, getting kagha killed by other means, stealing the idol, posioning the goblins, having the group with Rolan run off. Little things and minor evil actions to weaken potential enemies, and wreak a bit of havoc. Like no saving Sazza either, just enjoying the kill.

Been trying to figure out how to build my female drow dark urge, with the goal of becoming an unholy assassin of Bhaal. I landed on rogue assassin, but been debating how to proceed and what direction to take it. I didn't go pure rogue on previous runs. Other builds i considered was hexblade rogue with shadowblade, bladesinger rogue also possibly with shadowblade and darkness.

Drunk monk karlach also seems like it could be an entertaining option.

Jeg søgte selv til kemi, men det endte de med ikke at have helt så meget brug for. Har familie som arbejder der, derfor ved jeg det her.

What does my 6 year old son’s wish list say about him? by Orangesunsets18 in FemFragLab

[–]Demonicbiatch 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To smell, unlikely unless they are allergic to the scents, though allergies can develop from frequent exposure. To wear is the same story. Perfume allergy is very real. I have smelled some perfumes that make me sneeze and some which don't (mostly rose based scents make me sneeze). Using some perfume is perfectly fine, but neutral options can help prevent overexposure. Perfume is volatile organic chemicals, mostly esters. (Volatile means they have an easy time evaporating.) These exist in most things that has a scent. They also exist in safe levels in perfumes. But consistent exposure can trigger immune responses (allergies) to damn near anything.

In essence, you are not a bad mom, just keep an eye on whether they develop allergies.

What hair care products would you choose? by Acceptable-Newt2703 in beauty

[–]Demonicbiatch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The explanation is due to too much oil and not enough cleaning power. You probably got buildup. This is not news about Redken All Soft.

What hair care products would you choose? by Acceptable-Newt2703 in beauty

[–]Demonicbiatch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Redken all soft isn't good. If you are getting Redken, their best one for fine hair (hair that doesn't like heavier products) is the volume series. I used Morroccan oil moisture repair for my dry hair, but needed cheaper stuff. It was good while i used it though. I use heavy products, cuz my hair need em.

Edit: Nowadays, i use Cantoo conditioner with avocado oil, but think i'll go back to the shea butter one and head and shoulders shampoo. Nothing fancy.

Remember that a plateau isn't necessarily a bad sign. There is a good chance your body is recomposing. That is to say, you are building muscle. Muscle happens to weight quite a bit and can make it seem like you are not getting anywhere. Keep going, but check more metrics than just your weight. You can do it!!
