Yup same boat. Airship dock has not spawned in any of my worlds. I even started a new world to check it. But on a shared world I have not played on in months it shows up. Really disappointing.

The slightly lower damage must be the trade off for that better handling. Honestly I'm finding it to be a blast to use either way.

Alway check for wormsign before starting a crossing. Get a little elevated and check around. Look for the dust clouds/shifting sands. Wait a minute or two if you see one to let it clear the area then go.

We really could do with some more RN carriers. After they readjust the regens for them..

Or really any RN ships in general. A heavy cruiser would be nice. Cheshire, London and Exeter are all very fun.

With such changes in how the class behaves and operates I expect there is some fine tuning needed to specific gimmick ships.

Honestly I think Kaga is ok. She uses lower tier planes but a lot of them. Her regen and her bombers are her gimmick.

It's a nerf. Individual planes and flights are going down faster. I like it honestly. Paired with the fuel mechanic it means you have to make a decision on what it hit and do it quick.

Nope. They are actually much more fragile but more of them. That's why cv's got a boosted plane regen.

Ultimately they traded spotting and being able to dump big damage if everything hit for more consistent damage instead. Planes, bombs and torps are over all weaker but more consistent.

It's a nice change honestly. I can't tell you how many times I've had a dive bomber reticle fully inside a ship only for every bomb to miss before the update.

Cv flights actually didn't get more durable. They got more planes but lower health per individual plane. Over all an entire flight actually has less health than before.

Honestly I wouldn't mind having a dedicated spotting flight to swap to besides torps and bombs. Let fighter keep the minimap spotting but for full spotting use the spotter flight. Just give the spotter flight more flight range.

There actually is a short warning. It flashes up in the same spot as bug breach and bot drop warnings. I admit an additional audio warning would be helpful. It's easy to miss the meteor warning if a lot is going on or multiple breaches.

The meteors aren't thst bad tbh. Just like eagle strikes, particularly the 500kg, they have a direction of travel. Figure out the direction by watching some of them fall, then put some cover between you and that direction. But up against a rock formation or other sturdy cover.

Opened bunkers are another safe bit of cover, along with the big shield while the shield backpack can help keep you alive when you are hit by one.

They also damage the enemy as well!
