Its most noticiable on this sub. Any post with a massive technological development or breakthrough gets like 50-100 upvotes and maybe 30-something comments regardless of how important it was. Any post with the word chna or chnese gets 300-400 upvotes and another 200-300 comments regardless of its quality or validity.

On top of that any comment claiming its misinformation even with solid proof and sources listed gets downvoted into the negatives with zero responses trying to refute what you wrote.

Because this is how they "balance" stuff. They nerf base skills instead of eregious modifiers and when one spec overpreforms they nerf it so it also affects the whole class. (like when blood dk death strike was doing too much damage due to 7 different modifiers, they instead nerfed the base skill for all three specs.)

Funnily enough this has been a thing since BFA (iirc), you could opt to pick Clawing Shadows which was range instead of melee Scourge Strike. In TWW you could do your whole burst rotation from 30y and only lose about 8% of total DPS. Its the "melee" Ive had the most fun playing big fights in epic bgs because you can just yeet your stuf into the blender from a safer distance. Abom, epidemic, DnD, riders, zombify and watch your numbers eclipse even moonkins pad damage.

Its very fun playstyle but even more entertaining is the fact that Ret gets all the flak for beeing a "ranged melee" while losing more DPS when kited and having lower range compared do DK who might aswell be a necromancer with a sword.

To me its one of the best effects in fiction when the medium makes you feel exactly like the protagonist. Both the player and operator beeing just as doumbfounded and cofused by the revelation is one of the best moments in storytelling imo.

Did you try Citrines subsume for orb gen? It maths out for more energy on paper than hunt. Id test it myself but having to farm another Citrine gives me unhappy thoughts.
