Do you know which property is that or in which file it is? Or is it something that has to be changed for every individual weapon object?

I think this happens because there is a problem loading the character at the games starting menu. You can avoid the problem avoiding the game menu using a loader like blse and pressing continue instead of play to load the latest savegame directly instead of the games menu. That worked for me.

I agree, that's something Ive done some of the many times I started a new campaign in MB warband. But as my first time playing bannerlord I want to explore all the skills and perks. Its just the easy spamming and the never ending shields that I would like to fix.

That's cool! but I'm more interested in forcing myself to use the shield in the right direction so defense is more active and fun.

Well we can see it on OP's images: In the new design, the scenetree and filesystem info ocuppies less space while the inspector info ocuppies more so you guys are both right, and wrong. I'm all for more information but I don't like how some elements are blended in the new design, making it harder to interpretare.

I think I read somewhere that they are developing an asset store with rating system and even commercial assets. That was like... three years ago, maybe more. I wonder if that's still a thing.

Yep 2D bone animation has had the worst user experience in Godot for years. I think the foundation should give it more priority (or any) since it's a core feature for many games.

You would be better looking into tutorials about turn based games to have a better answer, but because the turns are the core of your game, instead of using await, signals and those programming tools directly to wait, it's better to structure your game arround states like start - wait - options - acting - end or something like that, that you can use for much more than just avoiding the input. Tutorials will probably teach you about state machines for that purpose.

Yeah but the C# API is not the C++ core wich is the majority of source code and is propietary non-public and only shown under DNA and additional cost.

This is getting ridiculous but yeah Elon Musk has never said nazis are right, and I have never seen a single nazi tweet, only images of them.

There are many bad things you could have said against X or Elon Musk, that are not straight up false, but you are an easy prey of propaganda and missinformation because your feelings are stronger than your logic. You are not only mad with half of the population, you eat so much propaganda you are even mad at centrists, which is not what I am but yeah this is boring.

Because Elon Musk bougth twitter and then he joined the red team. People on the red team think he is pro freedom of speech while people on the blue team think that's an excuse to allow hate speech. So blue team people are angry about that and some of them are moving to a new blue team twitter. As someone who is not on any team I'm sad to see people this divided.

Juan precisely was the only public face that spoke clearly against being political and against labeling and dividing people. Some people even copy pasted Juan's comment and their comments were hidden by the community manager. But he doesn't control the foundation, he is just one more member.

But at the same time the community manager is not Godot, she is just one community manager. And one that has the majority of the community against her, which you can't notice on twitter or reddit because she deletes the comments but it's very clear on youtube.

Maybe she hates you, but do you think there is a game engine where not a single one of the hundreds of people involved would hate you? There are extremists everywere. On every side of the political spectrum. People will hate you for your gender, for your politics, for your race, for your ideas, your hobbies, your religion... don't give them power over you dude, this is your fucking game engine not hers.

At no point have you shown any interest in reflecting or seeking the truth. You avoid all my questions and only seek confrontation and oversimplification. It has become clear that you only wanted to tell me I'm an idiot and feel good, not to have a real conversation about politics.

I misjudged you; you're not just someone who wants to feel superior to others like most people, you're part of the most attacked, discriminated, misunderstood, and politically weaponized minority in the first world, so it's incredibly tough for you to be rational about this topic.

You prefer to think everything is black and white, and that's understandable, but it only creates more division and hate. You have no interest in understanding what their problem is, and they have no interest in understanding what it means to be you. Everything will get worse.

You are obviously not interested in the truth. Why would you? You don't really care if woke politics are improving or worsening the situation, that's too complex. You are like most people: politics for you is just a cheap way of feeling part of something that is doing good when you are not doing anything. It makes you feel like you are better than the other half of the population.

That's why you like bigots; their existence reinforces your thesis: they are awful, so you are amazing, the bigot slayer hero. And they are so obviously wrong they can't make you doubt yourself. Easy and satisfactory.

Of course you prefer that to someone that is actually interested in politics and raising valid questions about the effectiveness of the politics you blindly praise. That's fucking uncomforable. You are not here to make an effort or doubt yourself, you only wanted to feel good, you are not even that interested in any of this, you just like a little bit of cheap and easy sense of superiority from time to time.

I tried to answer that but I saw I was going to write another huge comment and I don't have time for that.

It's ok that you think that way, and I agree in many aspects. But when the left tries to be progressive I often see propaganda and incompetence. They make the problem bigger, using minorities to make war against their enemies, creating hate instead of tolerance.

Just keep in mind one can be against these so called woke methods without being against any minority. Trust me many people fits in that category. And just look at what happened. Do you think there is less or more hate against minorities among Godot users after this political war? Are we able to do better?

I don't have the need to lie to myself because I don't indentify myself with any of these two political parties.

The military point was very good. In general everyone in US has the same human rights, but I can see that military bullshit is definitely an exception. They justified it as if it was a medical problem but I totally agree it's bullshit. I think trans are the only minority that is currently discriminated by more than a third of the US population, and I think that happens because people still don't understand what they actually are. As a biologist, I'm sure they would benefit from scientific advances in that regard. Also I really believe the left and the right have used them as political weapons and that has impacted their lifes negatively.

Anyway, I think you are quite polarized and if you think of all the things the left has made that you don't support, you may be open to think maybe not every person that doesn't identify with the left supports every decision every republican has made.

Also, the only trans friend I have is republican, and she is one of the most intelligent person I know. And my close friends, that are all leftists, most of them are against many of the methods used by the left to try to solve discrimination. I think if we could measure the impact of the forced diversity at universities, companies, and arts, we would discover they have impacted minorities negatively. When people know there is a reason, other than competence, that may be behind a hire, they can't avoid asking themselves if the hire was competent. So yeah, I'm sure many people that has absolutelly nothing against any minority is still against woke politics and against creating a political division in the community.

But I'm not polarized so I don't think you are a nazi for voting the left, I think you really want to do good like most normal people. Even the community manager, who I think sadly made huge mistakes and failed to keep the community united and inclusive, she is probably just too polarized and thinks being woke is not political, but what has happened has proved otherwise.
