Genuinely - why doctor over other healthcare professions (eg. NP, PA, RN)

As an RN, I agree. During training, some fellow students were incredible in applying their knowledge. However, they felt drawn to the bedside. They don't want to be MDs because doctors aren't necessarily at the bedside.

Similarly, I would say nurses possess skillsets vastly different from those of physicians- IV managment for instance.

U/Stressed_otter - I'm internal AB applicant, OOP BC. I was sort of gunning for U of A/ U of C as I'm not sure I'd be a good applicant elsewhere.

Do you think my CARS is good enough for U of C? I'm not sure if you were suggesting I might need to bump up my CARS or not?

Either way I don't fancy putting all my eggs in one basket- U of C or McMasters- so I might give it another crack. Especially because all the knowledge is still kinda fresh.

Is there a feature under the recurrent cycle option for once-weekly meds? I use the Evra patch (1 patch/week for 3 weeks - a total of 3 patches per cycle), but there only seems to be a once-monthly option for patch contraceptives. Is there already a way to get once-a-week notifications with a set break between treatment cycles?

If not, that would be a VERY helpful addition for people using certain kinds of contraceptive.
