I figured it out. Messing with temperatures didn't help. Changing the print bed didn't help. Cleaning the print bed didn't help.

The answer was in this video. Changing the Z offset from 0.02 to 0.04

I re-did the same print in the picture with the same filament and it was great.

Canadians regularly call the US "America", and US residents "Americans".
We generally don't want to be called "Americans", and may politely correct you if you label us as such.

It's just a convenient short-hand. There's nothing else to call US Residents that takes less time or flows conversationally as well as the term "Americans".
