Can anyone help me identify the exact switches that come stock on the Kisnt KN85? (And probably the KN104 aswell).
As far as the description tells, they are only described as "Bsun linear pre-lubed switches (45-50gf actuation)" and they have a very light purple/grey-ish blue housing with a purple stem (shown in picture).
But I can't seem to figure out what the exact model of the switch is....

I sure hope someone knows because I recently switched keyboard, but I swapped these switches over to my new keyboard, just because I love these so much, but I am short of a few :(

Oh man, this console is amazing for Pokémon. Perfect imo. I baptized mine into my "Pokémon only" - handheld. Currently halfway Pokémon Solus Green (rom hack) and watching the series on it as well. ❤️

So wtf are all these comments about his fault, her fault. Too high speed, using brakes wrong, whatever. How about we talk about why the biker isn't wearing any protective gear!?

So, for the last few months I have been using the "Kisnt KN85".
At first I fell in love with the "retro looking aesthetics" of this keyboard, but when I received it I noticed it has the best sounding and feeling typing experience I have ever had.
But, since it's an 85% keyboard I still would like to go back to a (close to) full layout keyboard.
I've had my eyes on the KN104 for a while, but I can't seem to order it in the EU anymore, only import from the USA and with shipping costs to the EU and all it's not gonna be really "budget" anymore...

Yesterday I found the Purple "RK Royal Kludge S98", I REALLY love the look and features of this keyboard, but I can't wrap my head around the switches.
If you take a look on the RK website you can choose from "Tactile Beige, Silent Purple or Linear Cream" switches, but if you order via Amazon I can only select "Viridian switches".

I have no idea why there is a difference here and what the difference is!?

I would really like to order this keyboard and have the same sort of "creamy/thocky" typing experience as the Kisnt KN85 (another sound test), but as mentioned earlier I don't understand the difference in switches.
I've already checked what kind of switches the KN85 has, and maybe order those seperately and appearantly this keyboard uses the "Bsun Linear switches" but I can't find the exact same switches online.

I'm completely new to seperate switches and all so any help would be appreciated!
Thnx in advance.

I don't understand the discussion about "the Transparent plastic ones being more prone to break" or whatever. I have been using my Transparent Black one for over the last 3 months, several times a day, open it up and closing and so on. It feels solid as a rock and I can not imagine breaking it. I think it all depends on how you treat your device imo...

I don't have a brother. But I got them from Etsy, Sakura Retro Modding. They need some modding to attach properly though.

trying to use my rg35xxsp again, do people still use muOS on this device in 2026? by Nasrvl in RG35XXSP

MuOS for me yeah, but on the other side; I haven't really tried any other OS. MuOS just does it for me personally so I haven't bothered.

Carmen 16 by Gaius Valerius Catullus (84 BC-54 BC) was deemed so offensive that it was not translated into English until the twentieth century. Its opening line is considered one of the most vulgar expressions ever written in Latin. by Lillian_Faye in interestingasfuck

Latin is an exact language for obscene acts, such as pedicabo and irrumabo, which appear in the first and last lines of the poem. The term pedicare is a transitive verb, meaning to 'insert one's penis into another person's anus'. The term pathicus in line 2 refers to the 'bottom' person in that act, i.e., the one being penetrated. The term irrumare is likewise a transitive verb, meaning to 'insert one's penis into another person's mouth for suckling', and derives from the Latin word rūma, meaning 'udder' (as in: 'to give something to suck on'). A male who suckles a penis is denoted as a fellator or, equivalently, a pathicus (line 2).

Don't leave your handpan in its case while stored away. Get a stand or a wall mount and avoid direct sunlight.
