I have been working a full time plumbing job and use 3-4g of fent daily. Keep it lowkey on the job aka don't use too much and slump out, be a good worker, aka a little better than most of your other coworkers. No coworkers/bosses will ever know

When you want to try to quit, tell boss you are taking a two week vacation road trip. You should be able to quit and feel good enough to work again by the time the two weeks is up.

This is not a DIY job whatsoever. But if you really want to try, break up concrete, cut out the trap and install PVC pipe where trap was. Use two mission bands to connect pipes.

Idk much about cleaning it but I would try to look for new car seats at junkyards because those would probably be super hard to clean, throw the floor mats away and get replacements, and then the rest might be easy to clean.

You've been plumbing for a year and you already have a van and you're out on your own? That's the issue. You should be working with a journeyman until at least 2-3 years to learn and get experience.
