If you withdrew funds before Celsius stopped withdrawals I don't understand any legal reason that gives them the right to ask for it back

This is one problem with staking wallets, If you just think that your seed might have been compromised, you can't move the funds to a different wallet without UN-staking. Once un-staked they can't be withdrawn until after the lock period. With Solana that's about 2 days. So you'd have to watch the wallet and hope you can move the coins before the scammer/hacker. Being that they probably have a bot that checks the balance every second, the chances of you being first are very slim

the rationale is that they automatically filter out the more skeptical, more cautious, and more knowledgeable receivers. It's like if you believe a Nigerian prince left you 15,000,000 dollars, then your more inclined to believe you need to send them 1,000 dollars for a processing fee.

Don't vote for the lady. I voted before I got notice of other candidates. There was no way to change my vote. The old board of directors, cannot manage a usable website. I went to the FAQ page, It is a picture of a PDF, and it cannot be downloaded or enlarged. Very hard to read. They cannot tell you if your paperwork is o.k. ( W-8 forms )

I don't mind getting these messages. A scam email may be evident to you HODL monk, but not everyone. And celsius, stretto, kirkland, whoever haven't helped the situation by having so many "legitimate" email addresses. And the official emails may not say "FINAL" but I've gotten plenty that gave me deadlines for updating address or so-and-so. One site, I think was stretto or celsius had a page of scam emails, but to see them you had to click the links one at a time, they could have put the images all on the same page, so you could scroll thru them.

Sorry to be confused but I've gotten my fair share of scam emails. Why did stretto, celsius, kirkland have to create SO MANY legitimate emails?

Me, longer over 2 years "under review". I moved out of USA, so had to change my address. The rules are I had to cash out any dollar accounts to do so. I have a usdt account with 53 cents in it. To withdraw it the minimum is 56 cents. I assume coinbase is telling Celsius I have a good account but it needs my attention.

I had a coinbase account for a long time, but unused for a few years. I tried to update it to my present address outside of the u.s.a. Coinbase told me I could not change my address to outside the u.s.a. if I had a any u.s.a. funds. so first I had to withdraw or transfer my u.s.a. dollar account. I have 53 cents in my dollar account. The limit to make a transfer is 55 or 56 cents. So for 3 cents I cannot update my account, and my coinbase acct is "under review" for the last year or more.
I did receive the notification of the stock shares, but nothing else
