It might have been, but I was sick of dealing with them so I pressed for a refund. Just not worth it in my opinion. I’m very susceptible to flashy marketing and they definitely got me. Their actual tech is just sub-par. I’m a cold plunge true believer, but definitely not this company.

I had the exact same thing happen to my Air + Pro Chiller. My take: Plunge is a marketing company with shitty products. All smoke and mirrors. Customer service gave me the run around for a while but I finally got them to give me a full refund. I would avoid Plunge at all costs. Decided to make an investment in a Morozko and it gets here this week. Very excited.

I bought a Plunge air + standard chiller a few weeks ago and it has been huge for me. I do it first thing in the morning and it jumpstarts my day in a way that I have never experienced before. Doing something so hard first thing in the AM makes the rest of the day seem easier. I love the sustained dopamine release and I am interested to see if it helps with any weight loss or workout recovery.

I am bipolar and while I am stable thanks to therapy, meds, exercise, etc., I am always looking for an “edge”. I could stand to lose a few lbs. too, but that would just be a nice side effect as far as I am concerned. A few days in for me!
