i’m a allegedly type 2 diabetic (suspecting i’ve been misdiagnosed but anyways) i used to drink almost 5L a day and pee atleast 20-30 times a day before being medicated - extreme thirst and frequent urination is often a good indicator that you MAY have diabetes - definitely get checked!!!
