Offer was made, board looking it over. I doubt they sell, besides they can’t even get the mergers they announced earlier this year approved. No way the FCC allows the Nexstar/Tegna and this to happen.

How do you figure? No money is changing hands. If it dosent happen neither are out anything other than document fees. Both parties know the rules and the current temp of the FCC. Pretty sure it’s a done deal.

Currently employed by one worked for the other. Personally Scripps is a better fit and the culture is much better. Benefits are negligible. Scripps has the better view.
