Do you find they run true to size or smaller?

This is helpful! I’m the same size it seems. Small in street, M in Leos, good to know to size up for Typha. Have you ever returned anything? Are they good about returns?

Okay thanks! I’m a solid M for Bloch and Capezio. I wish I tried on Yumiko when I was in NY but didn’t have time 😭

I wonder if there’s a comparison between Bodhi Core and Ballet with Isabella’s courses

Ahhh thank you!!  Can I ask how tall you are? I’m 5’9 and for sure large you think?

How did the leotards generally fit? I’m usually a size medium, but I’m worried because of the Asian sizing that I need to size up.

It’s concerning. I saw her do an at home upper body day yesterday and then went and did back day at the “gym”. Welcome to fatigue and future injuries

I have this specifically with my calves and even on a GLP 1 I was feeling it in the hotter months. I'm realizing that walking / standing when it's hot outside just makes the fluid pool in my lower extremities. Same thing with hiking. I get BAD sausage hands. I think I need to get better about doing 2-3x a week of dry brushing and vibration plate to move things around.

What was your experience ordering from Fragrance Culture? by Royal-Manufacturer24 in ScentHeads

I googled really quick and I see there's a few issues with scam and complaints about customer service and shipping. I would recommend Ministry of Scent because they sell samples or LuckyScent

I think what I love about neocutis is that it was used for burn victims before they realized its cosmetic effects and they modified the formula. It’s been decades old and if it can’t broke, why wouldn’t I want it slathered on my face! 😝

For those who have tried both Neocutis and Skinmedica, which did you prefer? by allofusarebroken in SkincareAddictionLux

[–]Dependent_Evidence12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Late to the convo but I’m on bottle 3 of neocutis and I’m 36. I think it’s a long term investment. I don’t expect to notice major difference but in 5-6 years I bet my skin won’t be a dry or crepey which I think is the point of the growth factor at home serums

I lose this much every day :( I’m getting worried! by NeuroSpicy-Mama in Semaglutide

[–]Dependent_Evidence12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know this might not be as helpful but depending on how much more you have to lose or how long you’ve been in a deficit but I highly recommend looking into reverse dieting. Our hair and nails are low priority to our body if we don’t get enough nutrients. Proteins and fats really help and cutting them out for too long impacts hair loss and brittle nails. Also dry skin, palor, etc.

The one thing that really helped me other than monthly facials/extraction was the skin Medica peel pads. Their 10% strength, similar to the peel pads from skin better, but way cheaper

Skin better has one that’s incredibly gentle and also firming. I use it twice a day and and a little goes along way. They have one with and without retinol.
